Forest Hill & Honor Oak: People of SE23- your planting help is needed on the Edible High Road!

Lets help celebrate 50 years of Britain in Bloom!

The wondrous Forest Hill Society volunteers have managed to sell an astonishing 110 tubs of Sunflowers and golden vegetables to shops and businesses along Dartmouth Road, London Road, Perry Vale, David's Road and Honor Oak Park. These tubs will decorate the streets of SE23 all summer.

What they need is LOTS of help planting up these tubs and the beds outside the train station. Children and families welcome!

So please take a note of these dates:

* Sunday April 13th 2.00pm - Forest Hill station forecourt to plant seeds

* Sunday April 27th from 11.00am - Help really needed at Devonshire Road Nature Reserve to pot up and decorate the sunflower tubs. Followed by a Pizza lunch!
